Getting There

Arrival at Dmall Hotel is smooth because of their free airport shuttle. While making a reservation, send them your flight details. Normally, the driver waits for you with a placard at Kigali International Airport (KGL). It is just a short drive; about 10 to 15 minutes’ drive depending on traffic. In case you take a taxi, every taxi driver knows “Dmall” or “RDB”, hence easy navigation.

For getting around the city, ask at reception to call their trusted taxi. Much more real and quick way is by moto-taxi, constantly being dropped off in front of the gate. Make sure he has a spare helmet for you and agrees on a price-or uses the meter if he has one, though negotiation is quite common-then off you go. About fifteen to twenty minutes ride either up to town (CBD) or Kigali Genocide Memorial.

If you are heading to the Volcanoes National Park or Akagera, this location is advantageous because you are already on the eastern side of the city (for Akagera) and near the main arterial roads that bypass the deep city traffic for the north.
